So I thought my neighbors were dead, turns out they’re not, but I did think they were for a few days. There had been zero movement from their house, even leaving their trash can at the curb for 5 days. A definite no-no according to the HOA, however, I saw them today and they are not dead. Major relief, no one wants to live next door to dead people.
I don’t know them, I have seen them a few times, the kids have said hello to me, the mother gave me a dirty look and I have only seen the dad from afar. Not sure why the dirty look, unless it is because I am a single female living alone. She need not worry, her husband is not my type, being that he is married. Married is not my type, period. It never has been and never will be, so no married ladies need worry that I am looking at their husband thinking I got to get me some of that.
I have been doing a lot of meal prep, as I have said on here, I usually do the same meal for all 5 work days. Today I did something different, 3 different meals for five days. It was a lot more work, time-consuming, however I think the payoff will be worth it.
The cleanse is going well, one of the pills made my tongue numb, but that part of it is done. So no more numb tongue for me.
I miss coffee so much, I got a shipment of Black Riffle Coffee yesterday and I actually hugged the bag and drew in a deep breath. Through my nose, so I could smell the goodness within.
I look forward to drinking it, on September 19th, I shall come home from work and make a huge pot of coffee and drink it all. In one sitting. I will be euphoric, caffeine high, mountain momma. Oh wait, that’s part of a song, I am delirious in my deprivation.
The cleanse is working though, my heartburn is completely gone, it dissipated with my move, now it is totally gone. Also my belly bloat is gone, in the past, no matter what I gave up, it was always there. Now, gone, as of Tuesday, I noticed no more belly pain. I credit this with the cleanse, clean eating, fascia blaster and the belly ball.
I am exhausted from all of that, but happy with the results, weight is leaving me, due to all of that and the working out.
All of this clean living leaves me wondering when I will get to be bad again. I seriously need to get into trouble, not get arrested trouble, just fun trouble. Oh maybe in Owasso, in October, I’ll find it there.
I will still be traveling with my coffeemaker, nothing weird about that.
Does anyone else do that? Travel with their coffeemaker? No? Just me? Coffeemaker and Black Riffle coffee, let’s not forget that, I am a coffee snob and I like it.

Face Blaster
I have found a fountain of youth miracle, in a little product called the Face Blaster, created by Ashley Black. If you will remember a while back I bought the Fascia Blaster, and loved it.
Well, I have been coveting the Face Blaster for a few months. I have been watching the women on Facebook posting miracle, turn back the clock, results with this product.
It’s no secret I have had a rough couple of years and they have aged me greatly. It is also no secret I have zero plans to age gracefully. I don’t want to, I don’t care who knows it and I don’t care who judges me.
I fully believe that by using Mary Kay Skin Care products and good genetics have slowed the aging process in my skin. I needed more help than that now, stress can be a huge factor in the aging process.
I have eliminated a huge amount of stress in my life, so now is the time to focus on my looks. I don’t care who judges me for that. Judge away people, judge away, because while you are busy judging I am busy turning back the clock.
On Mother’s Day this year I decided to gift myself the Face Blaster, I had some funds in a few shopping apps that I participate in, money wasn’t a factor. So I did it, I took the plunge and ordered it.
I waited with bated breath for it to arrive, it took the longest three weeks ever.
It arrived on a Saturday, I eagerly tore open the box, there it was, my own personal time travel product.
To say I am amazed is an understatement. This tiny tool has given me back my face. The lines are disappearing along with the sagging skin, it is firming everything on my face, neck and shoulders.
It hurt at first, because the muscles in my neck were so tight and it was painful to run the tool over them. But as I continued “blasting” they loosened up and now it doesn’t hurt.
the lines around my mouth have all but disappeared, the lines around my eyes are getting lighter in appearance. I feel free, I feel light and I feel like myself once again. I will post pictures of my progress at the end of this entry.
I highly recommend this product, I not only use the Face Blaster on my face I am using it on my calves as well.
My calves have been rock hard and painful to the touch as long as I can remember. When I get a pedicure I cry if they try to massage my calves. I beg them to stop, this tool has worked out the hardness and now they are almost pliable. So much this little thing can do.
I highly recommend the Face Blaster along with the Fascia Blaster. I am still in awe of that product as well, I am in less pain with my IT band and also my shoulders hurt less and my posture has improved.

FasciaBlaster Review
Ok, so, I told you about my smoothie adventure, and yes, it is continuing. I am very proud of my continuing commitment to this and how I have stuck with it. I even ran out of protein powder!! I had to make an emergency run to get more!
Back in February I made a birthday purchase for myself. I purchased it on the recommendation of Amy, one of the owners of Infinity Personal Training and my friend Sallie Ann. They both raved about it, Sallie Ann said girl you have to get one.
So, I did, it is a Fascia Blaster by Ashley Black, and when I tell you it works, it works. I really got it because I have seriously ugly legs and my calves are rock hard and hurt when touched. Also, my balance is bad and I have very little flexibility.
I received it late December and started using it right away. Within a week, I noticed a difference in my balance, it is getting better and my hips no longer hurt like they did. Also, my calves are loosening up and are no longer rock hard and hurt to the touch.
Now, the downside is I look like I took a walk on the docks and they beat the living daylights out of me.
I have so many bruises it is unreal, but that is normal in the early stages of using this tool. I am very happy with it so far.
I had Amy take pictures of my calves, so I can compare after a full month. I will not be posting those, I don’t post pictures of my body parts anywhere.
If anyone ever tells you that they have pictures of me without clothing, they are lying and there is major photo shopping going on.
If they used someone with a really gorgeous body, I need those photos as I am horrible with Photoshop and could use them.
Other than that, you will not see anything of mine here or anywhere else.
As far as the Fascia Blaster goes, buy one, well worth the expense. I am feeling better as far as pain goes and my calves are looking and feeling better.
Buy the book first and read up on what fascia is and how it effects our bodies. I am learning a lot.
I added the avocado to my evening smoothie and I am not sorry, so thick and creamy and very filling. I am finally getting enough calories, greens and protein in my life and I love it.
My body doesn’t trust me anymore with all of my yo-yo dieting and abuse I have put it through. But it is getting there. It is slow going but I am in it for the long haul, and I do mean long. I plan on living until I am 150. I really hope Dean Cain is alive then because I think if I live that long I might be able to catch him…..
